The Last Time Part 1

The Last Time Mitch Taylor Taylored SalesI recently got to be a part of an AMAZING wedding celebration for Kristi and Andrew.  This wasn’t the wedding of a fancy venue or elaborate décor and flowers. The wedding venue was her Father’s trucking garage where he does oil changes on his 18 wheeler.  Kristi and Andrew’s family and friends all pitched in and completely transformed the space, turning it into a beautiful setting for their reception. That’s impressive…but what was more impressive was the fact that they wanted to celebrate with Kristi’s Mom…who has cancer.  Unfortunately, Kristi’s Mom passed away just six months later. Maybe I’m getting more sensitive as I get older, but her specific situation and my losing a close friend that I hired and groomed in the DJ business leads me to this month’s article. When was your last time?

When was your last time with your spouse, your best friend, your kids? What if that was the LAST TIME you ever got to see them or spend time with them?  I implore you. Don’t skip this. THIS MAY BE THE LAST TIME YOU SPEND WITH SOMEONE. What do you want that memory to be?

What you do in life matters.  Whatever it is you do you impacts other people in certain ways. Now for me that’s as a Master of Ceremonies, as a Minister, as an Event Planner on one of the biggest days of a couple’s life.  I love what I do. To truly matter to people, you have to get to the heart of someone’s purpose. What is their purpose?
