Things are looking mighty bright with the Blizzard G70™

Waukesha, WI. – Blizzard Lighting is excited to announce the arrival and immediate availability of their new G70™ moving spot head fixtures. The “G” Series started out as a great success back in 2011-12 with the popular Blizzard G60™ moving head spot fixture which was fitted with a single 60W white, US-Made Luminus light source. Since then, substantial advancements in LED technology have led to its discontinuation, but now its successor; the G70™ boasts an approximate 57% greater luminous output (45,300 Lux @ 1m) using the same 15° beam angle, but also consuming much less power. The G60™ fixtures consumed approximately 160-watts of power vs. the new G70™ moving head fixtures which consume a total of only 119-watts.

The new G70™ fixtures are fitted with an advanced LED optical system which include 7x high output 10w CREE® LEDs. The combination of dual gobo wheels, a richly saturated color wheel, and a three-facet prism enables incredible bright effects and very smooth gobo morphing.

With its 540/270 degree pan & tilt + dual gobo wheels (#1 rotating, with 2 metal, 4 glass + open, and #2 with 7 metal gobos + open), a 3-facet rotating prism, gobo shake effects , 1-20Hz cycle strobe, pan & tilt invert, 11/17-channel DMX master/slave, auto mode, and sound active mode… owners of the Blizzard G70™ will be getting one of the most affordable and feature packed moving head fixtures on the market today.

The G70™ also comes equipped with an easy-to-use LCD 4-button control panel, dual side handles for easy transportation, industry standard PowerCON® compatible power In/Out connections, DMX In/Out jacks, and dual quarter-turn “Omega” quick connect type clamp brackets, making this one intensively engineered,
incredible moving head spot fixture.G70-300dpi

Retail price for the G70™ is $1,499.99, and the fixture is available for immediate shipping.
