What Technology Do You Use to Sell?

December 22, 2015 by Geoff Carlisle

The selling process is the same but the tools you use have changed drastically! What are some of the tools that you use to make the perfect pitch? What allows you to really identify the need so that you can fill the need?

We first start with keen ears. Listening will lead you to the “needs”. Determining the needs can be hard. When asking a potential bride to tell you about their wedding, you may get very little. Asking them to describe what they envision may help.

After we get their vision, we use our Ipad to show examples of how we can create that vision.sales tools

We can also show videos of different venues, different approaches & different talent. Those photos & videos help paint a picture in their mind.

Using software or an app to draw the actual room & show all the elements as you design her personalized reception is a major win. She tells you, you ask more questions & build the whole dream!

We also use a proposal software called Chit Chat to send over an interactive proposal created just for their vision. It mimics Pinterest in its presentation so brides see it as an easy interpretation of her ideas.

Other online tools in our DJ Event Planner software allows the bride & groom to make personalized music choices, help develop a timeline, and specify announcements all at their disposal. They are empowered to give input & we help by adding our touches to make everything run smoothly.

Just a few of the tools that can be used to sell your service to potential clients.
