Learn, Network, Shop, Party: Stay Right Where It’s All Happening—at the Riviera
“Right here, right now…there is no other place I want to be.” Once you’ve stayed at the host hotel for any trade show, that’s the line that will be stuck on repeat in your mind. By far the best way to experience an industry conference is to stay right in the middle of the action.
With the Riviera’s special $119 hotel room rate, and a newly remodeled tower where all Mobile Beat attendees will stay (except for smokers and special circumstances), this is the right way to experience the Mobile Beat DJ Show and Conference in Las Vegas. The sparklingly redone Monaco Tower is home of the nighttime parties and is the closest tower to the convention center. Minimal expense and minimal travel time to the exhibit showroom and seminars—you can’t beat that deal!
If you register by the $179 deadline on November 3rd (only $149 until 9/15) you will be eligible for a drawing to have your rooms comped and upgraded (maximum 5 nights based on your reservation), your conference pass refunded (or receive an additional complimentary pass), Ice Show tickets, and a dinner for 2 at Ristorante Italiano! This is value of more than $1,000 to the winner…all for just doing the show right!
You can register for your passes any time at www.mobilebeat.com and reserve your hotel room by going to www.mobilebeat.com/las-vegas-dj-show/las-vegas-hotel-and-casino/ and clicking on the hotlink from there.
When you register with the Mobile Beat block you are booked into the Riviera’s newest accomodations. Prices through other avenues may vary; but you will not be able to get into these freshly remodeled rooms.
This promotion is good for one person per hotel room. You MUST be a registered guest at the hotel through the Mobile Beat group code, and purchase your conference pass by November 3rd, 2008. The winner will be drawn on November 10th and announced shortly thereafter. Prizes are non-transferrable and not redeemable for any other goods or services.

Ryan and Mobilebeat staff,
During our economic problems, I think you guys ought to be more resonable
and extend the deadline for the passes at $179.00 per person.
I think you are selling yourself short by raising prices, cause not everyone can
afford a increase in the prices especially the first timers coming out to Las Vegas.
I think this is going to drive off alot of people that is struggling in this business
during these hard times, and it does’nt just have to be first timers either.
I’m proud to say I’m not a first timer, but people like me that enjoys coming out
are finding it harder every year to come up with all this money, especially the fee to get in and learn more about this business. Its really not fair!
But we didn’t raise the price. We announced several weeks ago that we kept the pricing at $179. A mass email went out and will go out again later this week to that effect.
Ryan
Also we got the hotel rate down, more news on that to come very soon.
Have you had the drawing yet for “Rockstar Treatment” contest?
Yes. Won by Steve Walsh of Topeka, KS - Just waiting on some info to announce it.
WHATS THE BEST DEAL YOU ARE OFFERING FOR A FULL SHOW PASS NOW FOR ADJA MEMBERS???–I AM THINKING OF GOING BUT PRICE IS A BIG ONE——LET ME KNOW. THANKS STEVE
I’m getting different prices on the Hotel rooms at the Riviera. I will say that I called the Hotel last week to confirm my room, they had no clue, and were actually very rude and condescending to me. All I wanted to do is confirm my rate, $43/night. She said *I cannot confirm your rate until you get here*…WTF??
I booked everything in September, my flight, room, thinking I was getting as great deal by booking early. I won’t do that again! The only *deal* I got was the pass…
Please advise.
You are welcome to get the cheaper rooms. They are alot lower grade of rooms on things improved upon what you are able to get at Circus Circus but still on site.
Ryan
Define *lower grade* rooms??? I’m not looking for a Playboy suit mind you, but I don’t wanna stay in a garbage dump either. The front desk people should know the MB info. Don’t you think? And I’m not being demeaning here.
Forget my 4:50 am post. I’m dealing with a tender shoulder ..I’ll figure it out
But thanks for responding Ryan..
