		<description>In my experience, we do about 3-5 shows per year. We do a 3 strrike approach, similar to baseball. 1) The following day is when we do our follow up emails. 2) One week later, a phone call.  And 3) One more email. 

We simply ask for an in person meeting. When we meet in person away fom the crainess, our booking ratio is 80%.

If we hear nothing, then we wait for their call or email. It usually tells me they are not interested. I do a bonus email or call. 

Some people are in no rush. Or think they have all the time in the world. We usually book 3-4 weddings per show with our method. Very rarely do we book a the show.
